I basically, trying to find the best value, Right now from what i've read The Pacfic Coast ones are looking like the way to go.. I've heard good results on RC, and there prices are by far the lowest. i've seen the 1/10th HP ones as low as 349.. I'd like to see if I can't find them for cheaper then that.

Please include me.

Pacifica's look good but with free shipping right now, the superior amount of BTU's removed and only about a $60 difference the quality the JBJ Arctica looks real good too.

Well by count on this thread alone we have 11 people interested in getting a chiller. Sounds like Brahm might have already spoke to some others. I wonder how many we'd have to buy to qualify for the "Group Discount"?

It's starting to get just a bit Toasty out this way in El CaJOHN.

I may be interested in either the CL-650 or the C-0250. Anyone know what the major differences are between these two units?

I also saw that custom aquatics sells these units as well. They are not as cheap as the MRC sale prices, but they may be worth looking into... especially since it would avoid shipping costs...

Understood from Chap that you've been out of town. Now that you're back can we take a look into this chiller situation before it gets too toasty outside? I'm sure we can muster at least a half dozen or more units.

ok, guys.. here is what I got.. Sorry for the delay..been pre-occupied with trying to find a job ;)

So if we got,

5 CL-280's it would be 305 a piece
2 CL-050 700 a piece
1 CL-650 500

Plus the cost of shipping..

I need to finish setting up my account with Custom Aquatics. I'll get prices from them as well.

Hey, brahm, even though I'm not in on this deal, I just wanted to say thanks for doing this for our local community. We gotta get the hook-ups wherever we can find them. And good luck finding a job. It's gotta suck being in this hobby without the funds to support it.

Hey Brahm, what is it you do? You can make a lot of $$ selling furniture if you like. I never knew b4 I started working there. Some make up to 18-20K a month(gross). That'll pay for your 180 and then some. Most make between 4-7K and you have a 2800 salary incase you cannot sell :p ! Just a though if your still having trouble.

Mind if I ask where you work? and how often they hire?

long story, but i have no idea how much longer my part of the company is going to be in business.

I have worked wireless (RF) for about 15 years now, and things are very tight in this biz.
