The reason for this tank is I wanted to see the hierarchy of clownfish develop. Most people here know that clown juvis are asexual, as they mature the most dominant will become the female and the next dominant will become the male. I started 2 weeks ago with a group of 9 juvis and a basic setup.

Setup:
15 gallon tank
24" 65w power compact w/ 50/50 bulb
prizm skimmer
aquaclear 20 power filter
2 small jebo powerheads

Future plans:
change substrate
8lbs. more live rock
anemone(of course)
some zoas, shrooms, other various softies

The pics were with all lights on. The black sand doesn't give the same reflection of light as white sand, that's why the pics look darker. But the black sand does bring out the color of the clowns a lot more.

Oh wow. Surprising how much light the white sand relfects back into the aquarium.

Looks sweet.
