PFO mini pendants

I redid the lights this weekend and have a pair of DE 250 W MH PFO mini pendants.

About 2 years old, has 1 year old phoenix 14k bulbs. One of the two has a piece missing from the clip bulb holder.

$125 for the pair

Also I have 2 new 14k bulbs, still in the wrapping from marine depot. $120 for the pair.

I am in Rancho Penisquitos.

Does the missing piece affect the use of the light?

Are the ballasts included?

If it includes the ballast, I'm interested. If no ballast, I'll have to pass.

This is just the pendants, ballasts are not included.

The chipped piece hasn't affected the performance of the light.
