Hi All,

Since I'm kinda new here, I thought I'd post up some of my tank pics. I started this tank back in december (Christmas present for my wife) and learned and slowly started building the reef. Comments and Concerns welcome :)

Hey, looking nice! What type of fish is that in the pic with the clam? Almost looks like a Girabaldi...some type of angel?

Post the specs!

Yes, Gemini is correct. It is a potters angel.

Tank Specs:

30Lx21Hx15W AGA Bowfront
DIY Canopy
1x175w SE MH
20gal sump being fed from 600gph CPR overflow, return with MAG 3.
AquaC Remora Pro (working amazingly well in-sump)

Flow provided by two outputs on a SCWD fed by the return pump; one Seio M620 pump Dialed less than half way since most of the corals are softies.

Fish:

1 Gold Striped Maroon Clown
1 Potters Angelfish
1 Bi-color Blenny
2 Gold coral gobies
1 Cleaner shrimp

Corals:

Black Tubestrea (sun coral)
Toadstool leather
Red Sea Xenia (5 stalks on a single base)
Green Star Polyp colony
Brown zoas with orange skirts (unsure of what type, hitch hiker)
2" pink zoa frag (new addition)
1 head frogspawn (new addition)
small purple bumpy mushroom colony (5 shrooms)

Misc. Inverts/livestock:
3.5" T. Crocea
3 fighting conches
10 nerite snails
2 trocus snails
3 nerite snails
7" or 8" orange birdsnest sponge
about 30lbs Fiji liverock with various hitch hikers

Tank was started on Dec. 27th, 2005

As far as fish go, this tank is finished. I will be looking to add some LPS in the future as I gather more confidence in my ability to maintain that type of eco-system. :)

ETA: Almost forgot to mention....Stupid tank background picture of corals that I'll probably never be able to keep LOL
