Nice looking aquascaping.
You should really look into skimming from the surface of the tank, and/or aiming a powerhead upward. That film you see makes gas exchange difficult, and living hard for the fishies and corals.
Looks good otherwise.

I don't know what you mean by skimming from the surface.

Get a good sized butter tub, or similar reef safe container, like the 2qt (I don't really buy butter, so I'm guessing on the size), then press it down into the water so that there's just a thin layer of water flowing into the tub. When you do this, you'll pull the gunk that's accumulated on the surface into the tub, and you can flush it away. Repeat until the water's surface looks clear.
They say that you can also do this by laying a paper towel on top, and throwing it away, but I've never really seen that work.

In the pic you can see there are two maxijets on the left side...The one on the bottom use to run flow behind my rocks but since I re did it all that gap was closed. The bigger one up top was putting to much flow in the tank (did not know until I put that frogspawn in) so I disconnected it and moved the smaller one up and put the little flap on it to point it up...looks lik eit did the job...;) Thanks!

what kind of lights do you have? Should that frogspawn be closer to surface? Just wondering cause I have my frogspawn at the top of the tank under 14K MH lights, but thats just me.

I have a frogspan at the bottom of my 65g tall. Seems to be doing well under 3-96w pc's. Checkout my tank on the members tank for a pic. Good luck. BTW your frogspan looks lonely:(

It's a bit of a drive for you, but david m has captive bred clowns all the time. Maybe it's just me, but my wild caught clown seems to want a bigger tank all the time, while her CB mate is content in the tank.

Right now I have a yellow tail damsel and a lm blenny.. I am looking for a pair of clowns which means (from what I heard) the damsel might be looking for a new home. I want maybe 5 fish so if the damsel stays that I might have to make the fith one a special one;)
