I have a property that needs some light/decent issues addressed and I am looking for a contractor to do it. Items would be:
roofing material needs addressing
Baseboards need replacing
a few broken tiles need fixing
light fixture needs replacing
etc..
Basically I'm in the middle of evicting the tenant and I believe they called code enforcement on themselves in order to get me to spend money. I'm looking to get the work completed, but only want to provide the bare minimum as this property is being sold as soon as the tenant is out.
PM me a number and I can call with further info. Or even if you have someone in the North County area you could recommend.
