Thinking of selling me 40 gal acrylic tank with everything included. Just don’t have time to maintain it. Looking for $200 OBO

Everything in the tank:
Hammer, GSP, leather, mushrooms, candy cane, zoas
Clownfish, melanarus wrasse, bicolor blenny (all been living together peacefully for about a year) and a sand sifting star fish
