pfo 250watt hqi pendent and 20k bulb

All only 4 months old and only used for 3 months! Comes with a 20k aqualine bulb, pfo hqi ballast with quick disconnects, pendent, and PFO Pendant Hanger Kit. Cost me about 300 bucks. Looking to get 230.00 for everything.

are the pfo ballasts electronic or magnetic? Just curious. I have the pfo mini pendant with an Icecap electronic. Wondered how the pfo ballasts were....
