clarifiers = Sterilizers ?
I know Sterilizers will clerify your water but is there an actual diffrence between them?

Yes there is a difference, clarifiers and sterilizers are completely different animals. Those units are for controlling free floating algae (chlorella) in fw ponds and aquariums. They are excellent for that purpose but will not kill parasites or pathogens in your reef tank :rolleyes:
