Hard to tell f on the picture, is it clear and not opaque? If so, it is aiptasia

Hard to say...I tried shining a light on it to get a better shot and it shriveled up. Looks more clear than opaque. How quickly do the multiply? Would like to get ahead of the problem if it is aptasia.

I'm pretty sure it's aiptasia. It'll spread around a little, it's not a huge deal

Are they afraid of light? When I shined a light on on it to shoot the photo, it shrunk back.

If I had to guess from the aforementioned blurry/dark image I'd guess a feather duster like EMC said, either that or one of the many types of hydroids... check out https://www.lionfishlair.com/hitchhikers-guide/ - that's a great jumping off point for further home research
