Apex question

So I got the 2016 apex last week. Got it all hooked up and working. My question is on the apex app on the iPhone the equipment on the energy bar is greyed out and I can't get into the settings or turn an outlet on or off. I can do it when I log onto apex fusion on my computer just not on the app. Am I doing something wrong or can you not control the energy bar threw the app.

You can run everything throught the app. Something isnt right. Checknthe neptune forum. Probably an easier fix than you realize.

There are little "window shade" type things that cover each outlet so you dont accidently shutoff the switch. Trynto swipe from right to left side of the greyed out part and you should be able to access off auto on controls.
