Just received my jebao sw2 wavemaker. I've used jebao products in the past without any issues. I have a rw-4 but I misplaced the controller so I decided to order a new pump. I found out they had an even smaller wavemaker. Here's some pictures in case any one is interested in the size comparison. The sw2 is about the size of a golf ball perfect for smaller tanks. Another thing to note is that even though the sw2 magnets are smaller, the are twice as strong as the rw4s

That's awesome, I didn't even know about those. I have two PP-4 (newer model of the previous rw line with the stronger magnets) that I ordered a couple months back and am happy with them but I kinda wish I had known these were about to come out cause I would've moved a couple things around and tried these out on my nano.

Thanks for the deets, I appreciate that you included a side by side too!

They have been out since September and I just found out about these too. That's why I made this post because I haven't seen anyone talk about these in the forums. The smaller footprint is so nice in smaller tanks.

Would you recommend these in a 40gal? 1 on each side? How have they performed for you

I picked one up for my nano shortly after seeing this, my nano is 6 gal btw. It works great in that system and sure it could go on a larger setup but you'd probably want more flow in a 40 gal than two of these could provide, even at max. I'd suggest the pp or rw 4...just my :2cents:

I have a couple of questions about these little pumps - I just got a pair of them for my 28g cube and I don't see them pulse (on and off) like my PP-15's. It's there an issue with them? I find it interesting that neither one pulses.
Second, are these compatible with the dual controller?
