Crab ID?

I came home, to see something floating around in my tank, I inspected and found this little guy. Took him out of the tank for now. If he is reef safe, i'll put him back in if not, free to a good home

how big is he? if you give him away i'm sure my octopus will enjoy his company...

doesnt' look reef safe..... most crabs, by definition, get big and hungry for little fishies.. my emeralds used to dispose of my peppermint shrimp.. andmy sallie light food at my two favorite fish. . .

it was floating around? that is strange. Swimming crabs tend to be pretty rare in tanks, so maybe something was attacking it and got it loose from a rock.
It almost looks like an acro crab but I haven't seen ones that are green before.
Can you get a better pic or a description of the front claws?
