ASM Skimmer

Jumped the boat and bought an ASM Mini. I'll let you know how it works in comparison with a REMORA PRO.

i can't get rid of it because im giving the remora to heather. if she didn't need it, i would of hooked you up. what's wrong with yours right now besides the absent of the pump?

Do you have a link to that thread? I have a G1 that will be part of my 50g setup. Like to know how I can improve its performance.

anecdotal evidence says 50% improvement. I have no idea how they measured that! maybe just by skimmate production or color?

The gate valve lets you adjust the foam height in the skimmer more precisely.
Feeding the skimmer back into itself uses more of the energy of the skimmer to make bubbles, instead of just forcing it through the body.

I saw that also, it is recirculating, kind of what the Turboflotors skimmers do.
