Okay guys first I want to say there was already a thread on this but I can't find it. Second I was bashing the product. Third I don't every really use any magic additives in any of my reef tanks.

So anyway I bought this product almost solely to disprove its ability as a wonder drug. They claim it rids any algae, clarifies the water and makes the reef more "vibrant".
Sounds like a load of bull to me so I did what any good American would do and throw money at that company. I got the product very quickly and decided to use it on my freshly cycled 67g tank that started getting diatoms and a few hairs of algae on the glass. After a few days the diatoms went away and the hair algae died. Scraped the glass and i haven't had any algae since.

Next I thought well it didn't do any harm so I tried it on my 10g nuvo. By the way my tank is well maintained and is not a neglected tank. So normal cleaning of the glass about once a week. Did some doses of vibrant in the tank and I noticed some of my zoas were opening up more. The glass stayed crystal clear and the tank just had an overall healthier appearance. My girlfriend even mentioned that the tank looks more "vibrant", ironically she didn't know I was adding this product to it.

I do have 2 bubbles of bubble algae in this tank that they claimed it would get rid of and it hasn't phased it so their claims aren't all true. But I was pleasantly surprised that this product made any noticeable difference and I'm happy with it to help keep the tank looking nice between water changes.

This is my personal opinion and I'm not telling anyone to use it in their tanks, hell I was wishing this product was crap so this review could of been different. I guess i got my $15 worth.

Anyway cheers and happy reefing

Do you have a Fuge? If so did it kill or slow down the growth of your macros? Just curious lol

I have a baseball size chunk of chaeto between the Devils hand leather and the overflow. No death or apparent ill effect.
They have a Facebook page and in the comments there are people who had pretty neglected tanks with hair algae and it cleaned it up really fast. I'm just not buying the bubble algae, cyano, and Dino's they claim it cures

My only concern is the accumulation of this in the tank over time. They won't disclose what's in it but I'm guessing it's some type of binder or something. The product has NO odor to it.
Also very very strangely this has no effect on the skimmer.
