take it easy and read some stuff online while your tank cycles....

You need to read BIG TIME. Diatoms will be with you always. Or some sort of film on your glass, etc. You will have algae blooms on and off for the first 6 months to a year after setup. If you would, please read up on setups. I believe this is the third instance you've mentioned something going 'wrong' with your tank, when in reality, it is part of the process.
