Anyone has purchased and used TDS meters from ebay. I wanted to know how accurate and durable are they ?

Looks decent. It says the accuracy is +/- 2%. That's not bad. The price for most TDS meters I've seen is around $20, so that's not bad either. Assuming the seller isn't fibbing on the technical specs (he has a 100% rating), I'd say go for it.
