Justin, I was just there. The water is fine, I picked up 50 gallons, and it is good. There was not enough rain to be an issue. I just use the foam generated by the waves to tell me wether or not to get water. Excessive foam = no water.

Go and fill up my friend. I even put a skimmer on one of the barrels to see how it did. It is all good.

Foam on the waves should not be the only method to check whether the water is polluted.

The pollution signs are a joke. Ive surfed in Oceanside on one side of the jetty and got out to find pollution signs on the other side of the jetty. The San Luis Rey River is on the south side of the jetty, why there we no signs on the north side, I haven't a clue.

I was just poking you. I test my water if it has been raining, and it did not smell or look funny.
