actually I was talking to a buddy about this the other day.
I don't know what is actually in the Kent et al garlic extracts (fillers/p'servs, etc) , but if I just took the juice out of a jar of crushed or minced garlic I wouldn't have a clue how much to add or if it is even safe to use longterm. So ob, I back ya on this one. heh

reefcentral is the best of all sites for information. i never post there but i use their search feature all the time. plus they are connected to an online magazine that has fantastic articles. as far as information, they are #1.

and their sponsors list also comes in handy.
