jager submersible heaters, 150 watt and 200 watt

clearing out my storage of goodies. I have two jager heaters. as title says, one 200w and other is 150w.

Just a question.... aren't all heaters submersible?

I thought there were some that can't be submerged all the way to the bottom. only to a certain level (where the top adjusting knob is). maybe I'm wrong but I read description on these two and this was highlighted that they can be vertical or horizontal inside the tank. so thought it was something special lol
