So I have a 120G 72"x18"x21". Its braced in the middle and has .5" glass.
The sump is 38"x13"x16". I was wanting to get some acrylic peices made for the corners for an overflow and just plumb the glass to the sump.

For the return pump for the sump, I have a Lifetech AP4550 that is rated at 700gph with a max height of 17ft. The return line will split into two outputs.

For the closed looped system, I will have an Ikawi pump rated at 1104GPH at about 27ft. The return line will split into two separte SCWD. So the one return line will have a total of 4 outputs

I plan to have one overflow to the sump and the other to the closed loop.

My questions are:

1. How big should I make my overflow chambers? Can anyone out there make them for me?

2. How big do I drill the holes in the glass? Is there a place I take the tank to? Or do I just find a glass bit and drill them myself?

3. What size plumbing do I used for all of this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
