Hey yall, new to the forum and new to the hobby; looking to set up an anemone tank. Already got a 10 gallon nano with an established live rock, 2 damsels, and a watchman gobi.

Ive never had and probably never will have nems. But from the little knowledge I have on them, ten gallons is a bit small for them.

Welcome to SDR. As for nems and any other livestock always research and feel free to ask. This forum is here to help you. But recommended tank is at least 30g for a nem. Goodluck

Welcome to the family as with all families you'll find some that some of us are a little crazier then others :) My daughter started with a 3 gallon as her first tank and had a cute little nem and baby clown pair. 10 gallons will work for a starter if you plan on upgrading with the nem. Good luck and ask away and research is key.

Welcome:beer:

I believe Petco $1 gallon sale going on now, good basic tanks you cant beat the price. There are a few people here that can drill it for you. I have seen some very nice setups using those tanks. Defiantly get a bigger tank for the nems. I have kept them in small tanks but it is a lot of work to maintain perfect conditions plus they can get big fast. Take your time with the nem tank make sure it is established and stable before adding any anemones.
