Important SDReefs Issues..

Alright guys... just a few things I need to share.

1. We're going waaay over our bandwidth and need to switch servers again. If anyone can host us, that'd be great. Otherwise, it looks like we'll have to upgrade to a hosting service that costs about $9.95/month. So far, all hosting has been paid out of pocket (originally by me, and then taken over by BlueLagoon)... but $9.95/month is starting to get up there, so I'd like to hear what everyone thinks we should do to pay it. I'd like to avoid sponsorship, so whatever you guys think would work: paypal donations, SDReefs Bake Sale, whatever... ha.

2. I'm going to be disappearing here for about 2 months... thanks to a friend's Aunt with a condo in Ko Olina. That being said, I'm going to need some help moderating, and general board-overseeing stuff. So let me know if you can, and want to, help out. Priority will be given to anyone who wants to do water changes on my tank while I'm gone... ha.

Well, it sounds like Paypal is the way to go. I'll work on setting up the new hosting services, and hopefully transferring everything over.

I'll write some witty responses to your witty remarks later, I'm trying to finish packing today... eggghhh.

Hey guys, sorry it took so long to respond. I'm leaving town today, so cash donations won't really work. Unless someone wants to be in charge of taking them, and then transferring via paypal to me. I'll be gone until Aug 10th or so... =]

Also, if anyone has any advice on "Things to do on Oahu"... let's hear it. The last time I went was a family vacation, so I didn't get to do much exploring.

I could have made copies of the best trail maps for ya and told you all about the best of the worst clubs over there.

I lived there for 4 years prior to coming back to SD.
