Go to sleep Fred!!

Geez..

Well, since I'm still up to. All I can offer is:

Buy a couple of $6 float switches (one for low-level, and one for high-level). Then rig them up to a powerhead in some DIY container, and you're set.

don't even need that, just need an airline tube, a 5 gallon jug, and a drip regulator.

I use that float switch and an air pump 5 gallon bucket with cover and a few hoses. I drilled 2 small holes into the lid then stuck 1/4 hose connectors with a ridge in the center in the holes with a little PVC cement. The connect a hose that touches the bottom of the bucket onto one of the ends of the connector on the inside of the lid then connect 2 more hoses on the outside of the lid one going to your tank and one going to the air pump. The way it works is the float switch turns on the air pump and fills the bucket with air and causes the water to start a siphon. Cost me about $13 to make. You have to make sure the bucket is airtight. Im sorry if this is a bit blabbed out but its pretty early.
