I'm looking to see if anyone on here is a consumer lawer ?
To make a long story short; my cell phone carrier booted me off of my family plan and made me join my own separate plan without my consent or even a notice. I was in a set contract with unlimited everything and they put me in my own with nothing unlimited and it ran my built up to almost $300. They acknowledged that they can see in their files that I was transferred to a new plan and they have no idea why and pretty much told me there is nothing they can do about it except for me to pay the bill which is now going to be 2 to 3 times higher every month and they will not let me break the contract or give my phone back. This has been a real headache and I am going to hire a lawyer if I do not find one in the next few days so if anyone on here can help me let me know, thanks
