Housekeeper wanted

I'd like to hire a housekeeper (pretty sure the term maid would make me seem old ;) ). What's the best way of finding one? The friend of a friend that has an awesome someone that does it? A professional service? Angie's list?

Look up Charming Casa. They do routine regular stuff as well as one time stuff. I used them to clean the place we just moved into and they were excellent.. Very thorough and good.
