New to the salt life

Hello all. My name is Shane and I am just getting started with salt water. I have a 95 gallon fresh water pond in my back yard with koi and a red ear slider. I haven't even bought a tank or supplies yet, looking to get my knowledge first, then start buying...unless I find a great deal. Looking forward to all of the help on here!
