malfunctioning 1/4 hp chiller 25$ Still turns on, great deal if you can fix it

Selling a current 1/4 Hp chiller that still turns on, but doesn't work properly. Reads the temp correctly and starts to chill the water, but stops prematurely before cooling the water to the desired temp. Doesn't seem like it's too messed up, seems like something that a do-it-yourself, handy-man type could fix. Chillers are expensive (this one was like 400 or so new), so if you could get it back running, you'd have saved a ton of money. Selling it because on my small tank, fans work well enough.
