Here is some custom acrylic work that I've done. I have also done my own sump and internal overflow that can be seen in my build thread. If there is something you are looking for just me me know.

looking at building a sump, can you text me a pic of yours at 619-247-3767, I am not planning anything crazy but roughly 120 gallon capacity, roughly 28 inches wide and 6 feet long, height not an issue unless we exceed 30 inches, and liley three chambers-Edward

Sorry, I don't really know about building anything that big. My sump is about 10 gallons.
