Oviedo St Renato St Ellingham St, in the Rancho Penasquitos area San Diego, 92129. Best bet is to turn right away from the houses and park at the school and walk back into the neighborhood. Tons of houses all get in on it together. Went on Saturday and there were a ton of people and lights. Several houses even do hot chocolate or apple cyder and have fire pits on the drive way.
