I started it on the 1st of this month, so it's about 4 days old. It's still cycling I have 6 pounds of live rock in there and that's it for now. This is my first saltwater aquarium, I had a goldfish once lol. I plan on putting a lot of soft coral.

Update. The tank is 8 days old now, some hairy looking algae is starting to pop up everywhere not sure if you can tell in the photos so much. I haven't done a water change yet but I was planning on doing the first one in a few more days, any suggestions on how long I should wait before I get my clean-up crew?

Here is a link to a much better video of the stuff growing in my tank. Is that tiny white anemone looking thing at 0:07 thing bad or good? Like I said before this is my first tank, I'm new here. Please give me some feedback :)

I did my first water change today, it was a total failure lol. I forgot to turn off the return pump and when the water level got too low it sucked up all the nasty crap and blasted it into the display area:( now my tank is all foggy again :(

Very cool little nano. JBJ tanks are really good little starters. I first started with a 12 gallon.
