Co2 System Question

Ok so I have Red Sea CO2 system for my 70 gal. Now I am not sure what to set my regulator at. I almost killed some fish today I had it too high I think. I have the Jets and everything for the system. Just not sure what to set my Reg at is all. I would be poor lol If I killed my fish.

You need a needle valve, bubble counter, diffusor, and a CO2 test thing that goes into your tank and changes from blue to yellow depending on CO2 concentration.

just a regulator without a needle valve will put out too much CO2.
